Returns and Exchanges

Online returns & exchanges:

Returns and exchanges from change of heart or dissatisfaction are not accepted at this time. In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will send you a return shipping label and will replace your item once we receive the damaged or incorrect product. The item must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving.

In order to initiate a return on a damaged item, we do require you send us photos of the damage so we can properly replace the item. 

In person returns & exchanges:

Items must have tags attached with receipt within 30 days of purchase for store credit only
