Shipping policy

 

U.S. Shipping Costs

-Orders $99+ ship for FREE!

-Orders that total less than $99 ship for a flat rate of $7.00.

Order Fulfillment

-All orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Please understand that our current business days are Wednesday-Saturday of each week.

-There is an exception to this policy for pre-order and custom order items. Pre-order and custom items are either ordered from the respective supplier or created after the order window closes on our end, so additional fulfillment and shipping time must be allowed. Once the item(s) are received, our 2-3 business day fulfillment policy will begin.

-All orders will be shipped to the address selected on your customer account at the time the order is placed. Please be sure to select the correct address for delivery as this is not able to be changed once the order is placed.

-Once an order has been delivered to the post office, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact the mail service that your package was shipped through to address mailing issues.

-You will receive a tracking number via email and be able to track your package once it is fulfilled.
